FORMULATOR
Strategic leader, entrepreneur and results oriented, with a leadership trajectory in the transformative change in food companies. He directed the renovation and reformulation of USA HAM products from 2015, which includes the change of image of the products, bringing them to a level of excellence, achieving an increase of 200% in the first two years in the company. More recently, Elio led the development of USA HAM's current strategic plan, responsible for key initiatives, including expansion in the field of meat production.

Gio has 30 years of experience in a variety of accounting functions, from corporate taxes to accounting in administrative support, progressing to office management, and most recently managing Finance and Administration. He handles the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.

Valeska is in charge of the administration, planning, implementation and supervision of the different processes and operations that the company carries out in its day to day. She is in charge of both operational activities and strategic decision-making, which allow the company to maintain and improve its efficiency.

Diego helps management to ensure that day to day business operations run smoothly. He also assist the general manager with training, recruiting, promotions and planning.

Andrés is our chemical technologist and is in charge of reviewing the disposition of the necessary resources for the manufacture of products, makes requests for technical purchases of raw material in order to guarantee the supply of the plant and the adjustments for losses of the process in order to maintain the correct inventory.
